After the Fall
Like a lot of up and coming bands, these guys tried to add me to MySpace. So I started listening to their stuff, and it is actually pretty good.
They're called After the Fall and they're from Omaha Nebraska. If these guys play their cards right they might actually make it in the music industry.
They're unsigned and their recordings aren't the best, but for the quality of the sound they're pretty good.
After the Fall
You heavy metal guys wont like these guys that much, but for the rock/metal guys you should.

Re: After the Fall
Meh, there are a lot of great unknown bands out there that don't land record deals. But, if this band could get one, they might have a shot. Imo, they need more variety. That's what a lot of labels are looking for these days.

Re: After the Fall
That's very true. I think they're songs right now need to be reworked a bit. Most of them are on the brink of being actually good, but there's a few spots where it doesn't flow the best.
Their lead singer has a very distinct voice, almost a mix between Anthony Kiedis and ... somebody i cant think of at the moment...
I know how the recorded their stuff. Just by listening you can tell they did it the old fashioned way. Drums record first, then bass, then guitar, vocals, and so on. Each getting layered over the other. Some would say that's the only way, but I prefer a slightly different method. And whoever mixed their stuff did a pretty crappy job.
