Artists Lost to Time
ITT: Post your favorite artists in the right place at the wrong time. (Artists who were good, never gained mass attention.) Name anything about them you think is interesting, which may include theories as to why they never became popular. This world can be cruel for artists, spread the music you feel needs to be heard!
The only one I can name off the top of my head is Grant Lee Buffalo. Their style is a very unique blend of the southwestern atmosphere, the rhythm of blues, with an extra touch of rock.
When you listen to them, it almost gives you that sense of walking down a dusty road.
