Terry Bozio - try listening to him, he plays his drums like he was playing piano, his drums are even bigger than portnoys and tis just one set (portnoy are different sets even if they are joint together)
Mike Mangini - the fastest ive ever seen
EDIT- just to complete mike mangini has a record of 1126 beats on a minute with tradition grip and 1130 beats with his bare hands :O
no idea how many beats he can do with modern grip but it shud be very good. ive seen he playing and hes feking fast

Chad Chapin from Tait is bloody awesome,i saw tait live yesterday and omg his drumming was awesome! and he headbangs sorta as he drums as well lol. hes the best drummer i have seen in a long while tbh, he went completely mental on the drums at the end and even put down his drum sticks and did it with his hands for about 30 secs. and i was like omg he must be tired.. he then picked the drum sticks back up and another song burst into action lol, brilliant stuff
face it, all drummers are mentals :) and i speak a bit for myself lol

The brutal death bands are well known for their insane speed and blast beats (thats one of the mainreasons why i fucking love brutal bands). Im my opinion, Hate Eternal's drummer is simply amazing. Check the drummer thrashing along with the song "Behold Judas" and "It Is Our Will"
