FrostWire vs LimeWire

Otherwise, I'd go without :) Itunes isn't my favourite media player, always laggs my comp, getting new one soon though :)

They are the exact same except different names and different skins.

I like Limewire,
but i like Ares Galaxy the best.

I tried the linux port of frostwire, uninstalled it within 20 minutes, ill stick with torrents.

lol limewire is only available cuz some places allow free music downloads but most places it is illegal to download

All music downloading is illegal...

Except when artist allow free downloads of there songs.

If you download it from their Official website; yes. Now if you were to download that same song off of Limewire, Kazaa, Frostwire, torrents, or whatever the RIAA considers that illegal.

Yes, any downloading off the internet opens you up for viruses. Just be smart and run virus scans everyday if you're using programs like limewire.

So basicly the limewire program doesnt contain virus but the stuff u download from the program does.. right?

Exactly. With any p2p program people are uploading their own files, so you never know what you're actually getting.

Well if youre smart enough hopefully you wont get any viruses. If you just go around and dl 100kb files or files with weird names, exes or porn then its almost sure that you will get at least one.
