Derrick, who is the lead singer of Make-Shift Romeo, his other brother is a drum tech for Slipknot. His drop tuning, baritone sound and unconventional, yet accessible rhythms have won over many fans and critics. He often can be seen playing Gibson flying Vs, Gibson Les Pauls, and more recently Ibanez S-series.
