My "taste" in music is not like most people's. No one on Ragezone that's for damn sure. I don't just sit, and listen to music or judge it by how people act or look. I pick it apart piece by piece. Seeing how well the Artist has put the rhythm, melody, harmony, together. Not to the lyrical aspects. Now just because people can make those parts of a song sound good doesn't mean they have a clue about theory when they're writing a song... Which is 80% of all music you hear today....shit. Nobody has a f*cking clue what they're doing, and just go...oh, this sounds good, I'll do that.

I can sit down to any part of a song, and tell you what chords/scales/nodes the artist used. Can you? Do you even know what a Node is?

I said I liked one song by H.I.M. and you judge me? You have no clue who I am or what my Musical history is. My "taste" in music ranges from all worlds of Jazz all the way up to Symphonic Metal, and everything in between.

So the next time you try to compare my "taste" of music to yours think again, because they are nothing alike.

Beyond Redemption is my current fave by HIM although its a close call cos i love these guys and i have all the albums.
