I'm looking for a program which can cut my 1 hour mp3 into loads of 4minute sections so i don't have to fast forward it or anything. Is there a free prog which I can use to do this?

ok, downloading free trial of cakewalk now. Lets see how it goes.
get audacity, set to record system. play th mp3 an record it an once done just cut the parts u need
it freeware?
anything is free if you can find it ;)
