i first heard this on the gears of war commercial! haha it's a pretty good song but i can't really describe what i feel when i listen to it!

For one, linking to sites such as Youtube or Google Video isn't illegal.
Second, it is NOT illegal to up load anything, if you link back to the artist's site. Maybe you should check the rules of the RIAA before making statements like that.
and yes I know this song, its the theme song for Donnie Darko. Good song. Sad though.

I used to listen to the original Tears for Fears one but I like Gary Jules better though, dunno why either though...
