I like a lot of groups but usually just 1 song or a bunch of song but only one album.
And it has to be pretty loud.
Some people need soft relaxing music it's the opposite for me.
Use to have insomnia due to excessive thoughts when i was a kid for awhile.
Soft/Relaxing music isn't really helpful when you are laying down trying to fall asleep but can't stop thinking about random things.
Music makes me stay awake, not fall asleep.
Unless I'm listening to my Ipod with my headphones in my ears and its night time,
probably 'In The End Piano-Linkin Park'
I can fall asleep to anything to once i feel asleep to machine head :/

I don't like play music at 11pm.
But, i think proberly something slow, like slow jazz or soul.
Try "Dr. Jeffrey D. Thompson's Music for Sleep" if you're lookin for something really soothing and relaxing.
What ever is on my radio lol
I fall asleep to Guns 'n' Roses. Always have done since I was a baby.
LOL I'll fall asleep to anything... I fell asleep listening to Bullet For My Valentine I forgot the name of the song tho, but I was tired as hell trying to stay up to listen to it lol
