Need help with Cubase+VST's

OK so it's like this, I downloaded CuBase SX 3 recently, together with Abysth Synthensizer VST plugin and EZDrummer plugin. Basically I need both of the plugins just to add some more realistic sound to the MIDI tracks of the drums and keys I write in Guitar Pro (I record the guitar and bass lines). My problem is that I seem to have no idea at all on how the hell to apply the plugins on the MIDI track :S

Anyone can help me out with this?

Not a clue sorry. :P I use Pro Tools.

I'd just search for cubase forums. I'm sure you'll find what you're looken for there.
