Who here Thinks Punk is Dead, And who here Thinks its alive?

I Personaly think its still alive.

And for the Record Good Charlotte and a Simple Plan are NOT Punk, And have nothing to do with it.Iam talking about True Punk here.

It died in 77 when the pistols made it latest thing in the uk, punk was given an image and ruined, lot of bands sold out and later on alot moved to new wave. Back in the us you still had some good bands in the early 80s but today theres barely any, mostly just local stuff.

nah its dead, seriously people are too mainstream about music, thats why i like underground metal, they stick with what works and dont fuck around....except for the new shadows fall cd, it sucks.

punk is dead, people have to face it.
