Haha its not really teachable brother. I'm 18, been rapping since about 8 years old (my dad says I've been rapping since 6 but I don't believe that). It just takes practice, practice, practice.
If you're really interested in starting though, just get a pad + pen, type in "hiphop instrumental" on youtube, find a good beat you like, and start writing whatever is on your mind.
