There are far, far too many but most are from nostalgia. Some of my more recent favourites are by Jesper Kyd, his music in Blood Money + AC2 really hits the spot both ingame and out.
A lot of my music folder consists of game OSTs so it's really hard to pick a favourite tbh. F-Zero, Bayonetta, System Shock 2, BlazBlue, Final Fantasy, Grim Fandango, Parasite Eve, Mystical Ninja, Red Alert, Megaman, Secret of Mana, Street Fighter, Diablo 2, Goldeneye etc... The list just goes on.
