I'm really into the undergrounds of almost all genres, as you can hear the talent in most of them ,if they were to be backed with proper production and training. One of the ones that I found recently that made me go O_O is indeed a hip-hop artist. The sound quality is fucking horrible, they can't mix worth shit

His flow is ok, he just needs to work a bit more on it, he pauses in points where he shouldn't etc. Like I said, if only this guy got proper backing I know he'd sound sick.
