hey people , im playing guitar for 2 months right now so decided to release my own song - just to listen to it..
played some before i made it perfect ..
besides im a singer and rythm guitar (guitar isnt that easy as it seems when singing..)

While I like the song I fail to find the "pizazz". It lacks your signature even if I've never heard any other music of yours. Also adding a little difference into the song would be nice. I understand this might seem condescending to say as you have only played 2 months as you said. Great job for 2 months though...
I remember starting Acoustic guitar it took me several months to get it down while classical guitar took a lot less time because I actually enjoyed the sound it gave and the technique I was able to use.
All in all great song, just keep practicing and add something more like a shredding solo ;P Or just a more interestingly symmetrical riff perhaps.

A big help for me was learning how to read music when I was in Elementary school. First it was there then through friends as I went through school(friends in Band) until finally I took it upon myself to learn when I started guitar in the first place.
Asking me for assistance is fine, but I would say when it comes to an electric guitar the technique is quite different. With classical I can literally spread my fingers across 4-6 frets to play one chord while on the electric it is a little simpler depending on what sound you want made.
I have never played electric and don't really plan on it as I'm addicted to the classical music and the guitar so when it comes to technique and rhythm I am fairly sure there are others on Ragezone that play electric either professionally or as a hobby(yet they are still great at it).

"Practice makes perfect" may seem cliche but it is actually true. Technique, technique, technique. The way you move your fingers. How "smooth" your shift from each string or fret is, etc etc.
now that you've got that down, try and experiment with songs that have diverse rhythms, maybe some chilli pepper stuff.
And yeah, I'd work on scales, though not before working on your basic, suspended, power and a few barre chords. But that's just my opinion, you can do it in whatever order you like ;)

Nothing in this song is requires any special skills at all, it's very simple - any kid that just got the hang of playing the guitar can play this.
Still, it's got a potential to be a pretty good Punk Rock kinda song.
