System of a down vs Greenday

Honestly neither of these bands even deserve glory.. Green Day is a higher scale Fall out Boy and System of a Down is alright music, but just completely sold out. I personally don't like either of these bands, Greenday basicly sucks all together, and I would never even touch a single cd of theres.. Politically, I like Greenday better, because they aren't as "Anti-government". Although I absolutely hate both of these bands, I'd have to give it to System of a Down, Not saying their better then anyone else..

yeah, metallica got some nice songs from they're new stuff. well, only two songs that i liked, actually XD.

now SOAD, i don't know, maybe they're commercial, maybe not, i'm not sure what do i think of this already. thing is, that SOAD's new stuff sound kinda... dunno... it's not SOAD anymore, sort of...

yeah it's a bit different... we'll see what we get after they come back from their "time apart"...

You can't compare things which are not the same genre or type of thing, and music is a form of art, which is something requiring subjective evaluation - there is no 'good way' and 'bad way' to make/perform music, only common and uncommon, new and old... it is pointless to try and debate about what is 'better', since it is an impossible conclusion to reach - you can only say what sounds better to YOU, or look at objective attributes of a band such as album sales etc (but 99% of the time that relies more on their publicist than their ability/style).

dude, what the guy tried to say is that it's foolish to make a poll with option "SOAD" "GREENDAY" and "BOTH", without including the option that some people may not like both of them.
