Some good friends of mine. The guy performing goes by the name DJ Blaze One

This is him performing live in Minneapolis.
YouTube - ‪djblazeonevideos's Channel‬‏

That's just a audio feed out, so you're really not getting a feel for how fucking loud it gets or how low those speakers go. Judging by the crowd size it's only 11pm... These shows get packed around 2:30am.

You know, I may be starting a shit storm by saying this, so please realize this is just my opinion on the matter and it has valid reasons.

Dubstep fucking sucks. I mean if it's played on a proper good stereo system like mine, (or my car stereo) it's terrible. You just hear fucking wobs making your subwoofers constantly drag on and mumble, it's disgusting. It completey drowns everything else out and my other speakers have a 1k amp dedicated just to them (two 12" woofers have a 2k amp).

I do like dubstep that is a MIX of genres, like Feed Me is a great example. Spor manages to take electronica, DnB, and Dub and mash it all together into something that sounds really nice.

But pure Dub like skrillex and stuff.... it's just really bad sounding and it's the same thing, wobs and weebles and dirty ass grinds that just... sound terrible.

So why did you come in this thread then? If you're just going to talk shit on the topic of a thread?

You wouldn't go into a thread about dogs and say how much dogs fucking blow, would you?

Of course I would, it's a DISCUSSION forum. You reply to topics and respectfully state your differences. Only difference between me and a troll, is I have real reasons and actually want a discussion.

Guys, keep it calm.

Dawson is right, It IS a discussion forum, so respectfully posting your opinion is valid. Let's just leave it here.

I know what he means about having really dirty grinds, I hate overly heavy dubstep but some DnB and Dubstep is awesome!

I don't listen to dubstep at home much, if at all... But I do love going to dubstep shows.

Everyone is drunk/on drugs. Just let yourself go, and have a good time.

Alright, I apologize. I suppose you're correct.

Anyways, I like most dubstep, except for the songs that are remixes of rap songs. Those get on my nerves <_<;

Re: ~Thy Holy Thread of Dubstep~

To make amends I'll post the artist closest to dubstep I love. SPOR! <3 but it's under his 'Feed Me' name.

It's not full on Dubstep but it's a genre mix, and I enjoy his whole album and two EP's with the name Feed Me, amazing stuff he puts out.

YouTube - ‪Feed Me - Blood Red‬‏

It's crazy, not to sound like a hipster but one day no one knew feed me, then UFK Dub posted that video on their channel and now everyone I talk to knows Spor/Feed Me.
