If you haven't heard of it yet, turntable is a great way to find new music, chat about random stuff, and play music you like with friends/other people

It's turned out to be more addicting than ragezone to me, believe it or not. Your probably thinking:

But trust me, it can actually be pretty fun

What is Turntable.fm?
It's an online music playing service, chat room, DJ table, and music player combined. You get to choose a funky avatar person, and then you can join different rooms, or make your own. Different rooms may have different styles (dubstep, rap, 80's, etc) but I prefer the rooms where anything goes. In a room, there are 5 spots at a DJ table where users can play music off of turntables awesome music library (they have mostly everything) or they can upload their own music to play. Other DJ's and normal users can either 'awesome' or 'lame' the song, which then changes a meter that shows how many awesome/lames have been given. You can work on your playlist while you wait for a DJ spot. Also, if you like a song thats playing, theres options to add it to your playlist, view it in itunes or many other social music sites (last.fm, spotify, etc). Every awesome you get for a song will get you one 'DJ point', more DJ points can get you cooler avatars for your character.

If you already have an account, good for you. If you don't, you should really consider getting one ;) It's in beta right now, so you can either wait on an email list (might take forever) or login with your facebook and make an account through that. Personally I think it's pretty awesome
