I would consider him underrated. He's getting more recognized, but not as much as he should be.

Under-rated artists I'd have to say Matt McKregg for his work Lunar.

Over-rated I'd say pretty much all the popular dubstep artists, the underdogs in the dubstep world overthrow almost all of them.
