Today, for my girlfriend Kayci, covered Here Without You by 3 Doors Down on my friends guitar.
I chose that song because it means a lot to the both of us and we have both said that we thought of that song when thinking of each other. Because I'm in West Virginia and shes in Alaska.
(She used to live here in West Virginia, but had to move with her family)

I'm ok at guitar since I play bass, but I think I did ok.

Would you guys mind rating me here or give me some advice here please? I will allow constructive criticism if it's not too bad.

Right here is a quick one. Its not perfect because my strings are DEAD and my jack is broken on my electro acoustic so the sound is some what DULL. I CBA returning my electric to standard just to get a good sound. Take note on the ringing. Its because the song was intended to be used with open chords and not the way you are playing it like its a run.

The opening is using a minor , f major and open G. Take a look on ultimate-guitar for a correct tab.

Its the closest to the original. I learned a bit by ear and used a good tab on songsterr for a reference and I also checked some of it from digital sheet music that I could find (the preview versions)
