Alright everybody....I also just got back from the Warped Tour 05 at the Minneapolis 7/24/05 show (AKA the Hot Topic day of the year)...It was fucking awesome!!! I’ll try and give some info, but there is no way to tell off of it so this is just the main parts.
The three biggest bands there where; Atreyu, Avenged Sevenfold, and The Offspring. But I'd have to say my favorite band was The Spill Canvas, beings they are my home town band from SD. Atreyu by far got the most respect from the crowd. People moshing like crazy, it was either 4-5 big mosh-pits or 2 huge ones. Avenged Sevenfold was by far the loudest band there making me go deft in about 5 seconds. They had the best guitarist there having perfect dueling solos. ( and on one solo the lead guitar played it with one hand only…holding the guitar by the neck and dropping it slow then throwing it back up again…by far the coolest solo I’ve seen.) But The Offspring had the biggest crowd by far with at least 2000-3000 people, almost no moving room what so ever. Plus they had the coolest stunt bringing a fire hose and getting everybody soaking wet.
All in all it was the best concert I’ve seen by far, all of the awesome bands kicked major ass and completely blew me away.
I have some awesome video of Atreyu, and a sweet guitar solo from Avenged Sevenfold, but i cant find my cord to connect it to the pc. So it will take a wile to upload beings I have to go buy a new cord...or find my old one.
