What do you think about this?

This is for all people out here on RaGEZONE that listen to hiphop/rap. I wanted to let you see/hear this in order to get an idea of how people from outside the Netherlands look towards Dutch rap. (This is just something I like from our scene; we have tons more)

I guess the standard for what we call "music" has really dropped.

Is that aimed towards Hiphop/rap in general, or just this particular one?

In you original post, you said "to get an idea of how people from outside the Netherlands look towards Dutch rap.".
Do you mean that this video represents Dutch rap done and honored by ppl outside Netherlands or do you mean that the ppl in the video are mocking dutch rap?

Re: What do you think about this?

If I had to choose between the two options I have to choose the first one, but these people are just a very small part of a way bigger hiphop scene in The Netherlands. I chose to post this here because I like them, that doesnt mean these people represent the Netherlands in any way. I might have formulated strange sentences in my first post; I'm sorry, but my english isn't great..

Rap has always been nothing more than sentences in a fancy manner to me.
And no, just for this one.
I've seen better hiphop. We all have.

I like ones with more music and melody to it...unless it's Method Man or The Wu-tang Clan :P

    Anything and everything I've heard.
If I cared enough to look up their names/etc, I think I care too much.

Songs with more melody, more tune, more intensity, are much more fascinating.

Alright, I respect that you like songs which have more melody, more tune, and more intensity. But I also want to add that this DOESNT represent dutch hiphop, so it's okay for you to say that you don't like this; just keep in mind that this isnt all dutch hiphop has to offer, not by a long shot.
