Weird.. I would have expected it to work on your web-script (since most public ones are at least functional to say the least..) What server are you using? I suppose that really doesn't matter... If you use the Authority of '0', and then ban the user right after they register with the message "Please check your e-mail for the confirmation e-mail" that would also work.

Once you've done that, code an e-mail activation script and once you've activated their email simply remove the ban from the system, and update their authority to 1 (or whatever a regular user is on your server), thus allowing them to login, and their account being activated.

That is just how GBC works anyways, I'm sure there are other methods of doing this. Also, in case you didn't know, we accomplish this via PHP and MySQL. Good luck!

in first place. I am very grateful that you answered my question.
I am using the tutorial Agle ([GUIDE] Creating Server GunBound Season 2 By Wc √ AnGeLMexOnex) (Spanish). and my website is Welcome To Gunbound Hispano ::::::::
when users create user account in my navicat appear with authority "1".
but do not receive any verification email.
when I assign administrators with autirdad 100, -100, or 99, I get a message on gunbound "http://gunbound.softnyx.net and disconnected me, any solution?
another question if you do not mind..
as update (update) the ranking? someone has to update adm panel?

Email verification isn't hard-coded into the server itself. You need to implement it the only way possible (which is how I explained it via my other post). This requires thinking outside of the box, and also requires coding knowledge; specifically PHP, and knowing how databases work (MySQL).

When a user registers for your server, instead of setting their authority to "1", set their authority to "0". Let's use the "0" Authority to say that this server is "NOT YET VERIFIED".

Upon their registration insert a table into the banlog for their ID, this will disallow them to login to the server, and will out-put a ban message. You could make the ban message something like "Verify your email blahblah@hotmail.com before playing".

Send the activation LINK to their e-mail (make it randomly generated, and unique-per-id). Once you match their activation code with their account (via their e-mail obviously), then you update their account authority to "1" which is a "VERIFIED USER", and remove the banlog message from the ban table.

Like I said, this all requires logic, and requires you to have experience, or knowledge with PHP and MySQL.

Furthermore, updating ranks (if you're using WC), can easily be done via the BATCH tool WC has, or by running a PHP script daily, or hourly whatever your preference may be, via Windows Scheduled Tasks, or via cron jobs.

I released a working WC ranking script, which you can find here: http://forum.ragezone.com/f494/gunbo...script-704761/

As for the BATCH UPDATING, it's included in the attachment.
JUST FYI: The "BATCH UPDATING SYSTEM" which was coded by someone early on.. uses the GAMESNAPSHOT table.... instead of the Game Table. It copies all users who aren't banned, to the gamesnapshot table (you should use this to display your ranking page.. imo).

Thank you again for your kind response. to has been very helpful to me, I've turned a lot of problems. I have only two cases I could not solve.

1 incompatibility with Windows 7 (I read your post of gameguard and I have downloaded but the problem persists)

2 I can not see the names of the players in the ranking.
I wonder if I activate any extension in my apache php.ini to see.

I'm not familiar with GBTOOLZ, or whatever you're using. Normally, someone would grab them directly from the database and echo the array.
