CacheD wont start

I have a problem with CacheD not starting on the first try. it does a conbonation of either stopping after Watch list loaded and use 90Mb of Ram or it will just open and close real quick after like 10-20 tries it will work and not have any problems or wont ever start at all and i have to copy a fresh version from my backup and then it will open and run like nothing ever happoned on first try ... untill the next time i have to start it.

any ideas on this? i have used search and nothing comes up only about it stopping after 30 mins

Got the same problem after loading watch list but it shows me "hdbc connection failed"
