Changing the colors of weapon auras

Hiya, I cant decript the weapon auras to change there colors and im bored with red >_> I used this of course http://www.sexyracing.com/lineage/l2howto/index.html which was already hard as shit to understand but when i go to edit/unencrypt the weapon auras I get a "criticle error" and it shuts down. Any help? ^^

For a start that is texture editing not weapon glow editing there is a big diffrence. Second you can't actually get custom textures to work correctly in c3 well some people can like the ones who know how to edit c3 dat files but as far as I know there is no l2decrypt that works on them.

The weapon glow colour info is in the server exe don't ask me how to change it I just know people searched for the rgb colour value in the servers exe file with a hex editor and then they changed it.

Well EMU or OFF the texture things are the same not very many people know how to add in unique items yet only a few of the top c3 servers have figured it out.

As for the glow well I honestly don't know to much about private servers these days so I can't help you there, I would imagine it is easier to change on l2j just check around in your servers files before you compile it im sure it will have it own file sepcificaly for that. Remember it works on colour values im not sure if that is R:43 G:22 B:9 or #627183 kind of value it reads but it will be one of those once you find a file with that in it modifiying should be easy.

Wish I could be more specific but really I have fallen out of he private server stuff im just trolling heh.

Sorry for bumbing such an old topic, but I am also quite interested in how to change the glows of weapons on private servers. I've been seaching around for a long time but haven't really found anything that helpful. So if anyone does know how to change the glows by editing files, or knows where to find a suitable guide, could you please drop a post in here ;)!
