Changing the name of npc and title

I'm pretty sure this only needs to be done client-side, check NPCName-e.txt and NPCgrp.txt

Thx, got it done, sorry i didnt reply back faster was to busy dec and enc to try new things.
NPCName-e.txt was the only 1 needed. used the patcher on the backed up sys file and went to work. The guide from here showed everything needed.
