Incorrect Max HP and MP and char stuck

Hi guys, i've almost done setting up a server, the only problem that gets in my way is that when a new char is created the max hp,mp is wrongly registered and my char got stuck due to maximum item weight, which in actual is 0% :ohmy: , may i know where do i start troubleshooting this error?

i've tried searching this forum frantically but to no avail, please help me will u? thanks in advance :)

Fixed it... silly me didn't put pc_parameters in script folder
