npcdata, max level, and more

Hello guys, I'm new to Lineage 2 and I'm liking the game so far. I have successfuly created my server for learning and experiments.

My question is how can I change the exp, adena and sp? the guide says that I could change it in the npcdata.txt I opened the npcdata.txt and I can't figure it out. or is there an editor for easy editing? next is where could I change the Max level? next is is it possible for a new born character to have an additional skill? like the return skill? well that's all for now

how about max level and new skill when born? anyone knows where to edit?

Is there a Account Manager for Lineage 2? like easily ban, modify, or create maybe an accoutnt?
