People cant login to server

Hello! I hve problem with server. Some people when they write login and password the next screen is the server and the ping. So when they push ok the need to be in their account but nothing happening. The cant go to the account i pushed 10 times OK button but nothing hapends. So i cab to enter to my account i have to restart whole server anly after restart i can ener to the account. Can you people plz help me to fix this problem so i dont need anymore to do restart to the whole server only for 1 man that cant login.

Is your userlimit set high enough to allow the amount of people you want? Are the server applications communicating properly?
