L2 C3 Server Files!

Ok.. i have had some trouble in the past with lineage 2 servers.... could someone please post a working server and a tutorial on how to get it started such as sql etc.? plz! (I would be willing to give them admin on my server... i will be running it on a amd athlon X2 4600+ 4 gigs of ocz ram... please help me!
