Hey, I am using this server pack, and I have almost got it working. The only problem I have now is when a user tries to create a character, it says character created but just sits at the character creation screen. When you hit back, there aren't any characters there, and then when you log in again, you cannot get past the server selection screen on that account. It becomes corrupted or something. ANy help would be appreciated. THank you.

Anyone know how to fix this? Would appercaite any help on it, haveing the same trouble..

@javas: In order to be able to connect itself correctly you must use the data bases lin2db and lin2world that includes serverpack, is not problem of exe, nor of the client.

This error is the lack of the Pc_parameter archive in the folder scripts.
They use the Pc_parameter archive of c3!

Problem has nothing to do with L2Server.exe, its all in the engine.dll (client side) that is causing problems such as that. If you change your l2server.exe out to try and fix this, then your going to have even more problems, such as cp/hp/mp not working, and shit like that...best thing to do is get the correct Engine.dll ^^

I'm not 100% sure on all of that, I havent tried it myself yet, but from the sounds of it all, it just makes me assume its the engine.dll :P

sorry for this question, the file 5_lin2user.sql is for wich database? or I need to create a new lin2user database? sorry I cant find any guide mentioning this file

Thanks for the files.
I recently set up my first C3 server a few days ago and it runs well, so I am only a beginner , I followed the same instructions to set this server up but I am getting two errors when I execute the server.exe: Connection failed Lin2db & Connection Failed Lin2world, these errors occur before I see any server exe scripts.I have tried the install twice from start to finish but I am still getting the same errors.
Any suggestions

im using the C3 one

I don't have pc_parameter c4.

I am using to pc_parameter c3, and work very fine!
Karnage forgot to place pc_parameter c4 in the folder scripts :D!
I believe that in next release it places ;) .
