It's easier to change the rates to which you like and write them on your own.

Hello, it seems that it is not possible to change rates and that works correctly. The change and everything it seems correct, but it gives to error when loading the server, in addition rates does not adjust to which it is put to them in the modification tool.

Please to share a file npcdata with rate of everything to 1x?

the tool used for this verification is NPCRateChanger.
