i have a problem with l2server.exe

some one can help?
i have instaled framework 2.0, sql + databases, everything work fine but l2server do not start

maybe reinstalling visual basic will fix the problem?
just search the web for visual basic

p.s.when i use live pack 1.0 scripts l2server has an error when reaches Compute clan relation but with beta's release scripts i have no problem if some1 could help i would appreciate it very much
