From a quick look at the code, it looks like it cuts out a lot of the blank space.

cos it's in ANSI.

if source npcdata not in ANSI then it wont change rates at all (i think it may depend on ur apache+php)

You dont have defined strripos function.

You must to use some extension and add it into php.ini
