Best files Season 4?

Which files would you consider the best (season 4),
more stable, less bugs, more fixes, interesting addons, etc.
I'm looking for files for a mid rates server, for ~150 online players.
Personal Store with PCPoints/Credits/WCoins would be great,
offtrade command would be great too, other custom addons I don't really care that much,
also I don't care at all about custom items, like new wings, jewel, and that kind of stuff.

Which files would you recommend?

Since you are C# Then download IA Julia season 4, with sources and work with it.. i used it and its nice.
