I wanted to know if ever Webzen in every single time they released a sequel in each episode for each season considered doing modification and balances with each characters and gears in the game.

And could somebody show a log and differences from the previous to the currents. Because I would like to clarify myself if ever they did at least cripple out Dark Knights and such.

I don't think they do a full changelog. All i know is they have an update page where they post the new stuff. You prob' know this already.
