where is MU LEGEND release, dev, tut.. section?! cant find it. There is no MULEGEND section in this or its just me?

There's nothing to develop or share, it's dev. board, so why there need to be category is none files exist and files from game client are still unable to decrypt and even so we can't encrypt it again but just preview stuff.
