it's a basic function that sends to server some info about your char stats, and then the server compares that data received from client to the original one stored in OBJECTSTRUCT;
there are a lot of methods to send the 'wrong' data, so, that "super anticheat" is a shit.
they could change the xor key; or even more, change the algorithm or add some extra data / encryption, but anyone can find that by looking into the client, so there is no way to avoid cheaters.
maybe they need to focus on server side bugs, 'cause that CAN be fixed (of course, if you know how they work :): )

I play Zhyper MU, which now use MU Engine server files.
