    Re: Profit and webshop?

If you're making a mu server to earn money, then you can forget it right away i think.. It will certainly need some investement in the beginning for hosting your server, having some ads maybe..

As shadowking said, there are better ways to earn money on your pc (and ways that are more legal too).

If you want to host a mu server, then host it because you like the game, not for the money. That's all i can say.

I've worked on some S4 for about 6 months, when i had time, and still couldn't solve one last crash... and in all this time i've had to deal with all the players, wich are very demanding. Finally i've kinda' quit everything. It's not worth the time wasted... 10+ hours per day spent in front of the pc for what..

But I guess you could make some decent money. You would need to build some tight community, have good gm's to take care of them, be prepared to spend alot of time in front of your pc, sleepless nights etc... or invest some money from start.. idk, i've never tried any payed files, but I guess they're good and could save you some time. About donations.. you could also offer those credits for votes... and if you sell a 100% exp seal for example, make a limit to donating.. cuz something like that kills the game if they keep buying it.. but if they were limited to something like 2 days a week i think it would be ok.. just some ideas.

And, as ShadowKing wrote, I think almost anything is more profitable than Mu.
    I Couldn't agree more.
