You're right, it looks mostly like Bagi. WZ is a copycat :)). Improving graphic for MU, you means like this
hole graphics, not just some characret reskin ... if they copy a character from dekaron, they should copy the graphics and other things also :) ... like 3d, enviroments, character movements, skills, quests etc
It's not simple to remake client from the beginning. Full 3D with Unreal Engine(or something like that), it's for MU Online 2, not for MU Online. We have to accept what they do in MU Online if we're Mutizens
It's true that we can't change MU so it looks like last generation pc games using DirectX11 and PhysX.
But we can mod it and improve the graphics a little. Just need
to look at FF7 PC community, they are working on improving the game
graphics with new models.

There is completely stable Season 5.
Just because Webzen doesn't support and cater to private servers doesn't mean their game is unstable.
