How many players can keep online a home server?

Server specifications:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Quad Core, 3200MHz
8 gb ddr 2 RAM
500 GB HDD

and my internet connection tested with speedtest.net on different location on world shows like this:

Bucharest(my city)
Ping 2 ms DOWN 83,89 mbs UP 73,37 mbs

Budapest
Ping 23 ms DOWN 14,63 mbs UP 0.24 mbs

Madrid
Ping 114 ms DOWN 2,71 mbs UP 0,27 mbs

Rome
Ping 66 ms DOWN 2,87 mbs UP 0,25 mbs

New York
Ping 122 ms DOWN 2,32 mbs UP 0,23 mbs

Malaesya
Ping 312 ms DOWN 1,60 mbs UP 0,22 mbs

what is between network card integrated TOE(TCP/IP Offload Engine) and normal one?

i wonder does all the server network card integrated with TOE.

You might thinking about upgrading your internet, cus that upload speed will make your players laag a lot.

There is sql sp3 and sp4 . which 1 can be work for making a server .. I was starting to make one :D <--- newbie :)
