How many players can keep online a home server?

Server specifications:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Quad Core, 3200MHz
8 gb ddr 2 RAM
500 GB HDD

and my internet connection tested with speedtest.net on different location on world shows like this:

You might thinking about upgrading your internet, cus that upload speed will make your players laag a lot.

There is sql sp3 and sp4 . which 1 can be work for making a server .. I was starting to make one :D <--- newbie :)
