CashShop convertor doesn't work[IGCNSs9FILES]

Hey guys, im using the TOOLKIT to edit cashshop files for my server (S9 IGCN)

but after exporting the cashshop files(server side)

it exports as .dat files and then you should convert the code to XML code and paste it inside the original XML files of the cashshop..

however, when im trying to convert the .dat code in the convertor it write an error-

Error-index is outside the boundaries of the array.

*what is wrong ?

OR

*someone has a working convertor from .dat to .xml code? (IGCN FILES )

your tool is not compatible is what i understand, the version of it etc, u should be able to have both options
