Connect server Error! Help Me

This connect server error
What is problem ??
What is the solution?

its means that the connectserver is already running. ( i think )
open task manager of Windows and serach for ConnectServer.exe (ctrl + alt + delete)

As CMU says. Does a error message pop up saying (Bind Error) at any point? if so that means it's already running or something is blocking the port it's trying to use.

Also it could also mean it's not connected to your SQL server correctly.
