I have set up my server Mu 16 season like a newbie.
Me and my friend we have connected via Hamachi.

So the question is How can I provide to my friend some opportunities like edit characters, edit items using MuEditor, etc.
In other words can I provide him the rights to edit the server files?

To provide the possibility of your friend editing his character over Hamachi, he needs to add your Hamachi IP address in the editor's config.
I'm not aware of any editor which is working with S16.

I use SQL for edit the characters. So after your message I understand that he can not make it using his PC?

why dont u ask MuDevs by the way? u pay 700+ usd and they dont have remote connection in their Editor? they must, u just have to open the 1433 port and enable all tcp/ip etc etc etc of SQL and then use vps ip and port 1433 with same user/pass in editor and it should connnect
