Cron Jobs on WebEngine 1.0.9

Hi guys, cant instal cron jobs.
1 - sql 2008 r2 express
2 - xampp 7.0.2
3 - local machine
I dont create gs server, im just need make web template, so i make bd Muonline for this in sql server and restor that base from Muonline.bak

Do you have "MuOnline [DB]" installed/restored on your server?

Have you tried running directly the "SQL Queries" thats inside the "install" folder?

You cannot install webengine without MuOnline DB because webengine needs those queries and database files.

I would not be able to get to this error if there was no connection to the database
I restored the database from a random server that I downloaded on the forum
in the install folder there are the sql requests that are registered during the installation phase before
this error
Also in this folder there is a folder name CRON, in it those same php scripts that are not installed and I can not understand why
there is a ODBC, the database is restored fine,connection of course is fine, all the modules I have included in the installation process
