DataServer - IGC files - Season 12

Hi, i got IGC files Season 12, I tried running them but found some problems..
Which ports should I open?

Also, I found problem.. (or maybe I forgot something, I would be happy if you could help me)
I tried to start DataServer but it is not working properly.
DataServer is unable to connect to MSSQL
