Decode .txt

I use a MuServer S6 and all messages from server is in MuServer>Data>Message.txt

All text is in portuguese and i try to translate it in English but all text is encrypt coded.
I don`t know how to solve this,because after when i translate all text in english in game not recognize because some text from there is encrypted.

Can someone help me ? :(

there must be message_eng.txt
u take that and copy paste to the one that the files are using and thats it
