Domain registration service

Hello!
Since i have few unused domain names, i was wondering can i make some kind a domain registration service? Basically what i whant - user comes to my website, choses one of my domain names(domain1.com, domain2.co.uk, domain3.biz etc.), checks for available subdomain and if everithing is ok makes an account where he gets acces to control panel in which he can edit his ip address and maybe in a time some more things. Hope you get my idea )
Is there allready some made solutions for this? If yes can you point me to right direction or if no how can i do this?

and you want to create site to sell it and when the guy done with the purchase he will get the deatils? for the panel e.t.c

Nahh.. Let's say you are beginner and you have no money to buy full domain name for your project and you are looking in something free like no-ip sytes.net etc.. You go there and chose from free whats available and use. I whant prety much the same just simpler lol

I don't think that there is free site / php codes for this.

I think you have to create a domain controller to store your domains and all subdomains. Then you can do something else, like creating web page that supports the you meant.

It's project that is price is over 1000$ including security and all, just take and run. And I'm saying it with knowledge (web developer) and this will cost a lot, security, rules, agreement e.t.c, you can find someone to do that in 100-150$ but everyone and is quality and is prices :)
