ERRO DataServer e JoinServer

Hello good afternoon,

I'm setting up a MuServer and I'm having some problems.
My MuMaker works normally, I can create accounts, guilds, equip my char, but when I start the server it gives some errors in DataServer and JoinServer (it follows images)

PC and system data:

Windows 7 Ultimate - SP1 - Fully Upgraded
SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2

I look for some light on these damn errors.

For the joinserver just try another one but on the last screen is ODBC fail, so just do odbc probably you have odbc files in serverfiles just click and press ok if not try to do odbc manualy is many of tutorials :)
